I'm planning to apply to starbucks this week and am simply wondering; asides from the completion of an application and resume, should I write a cover letter? I'm also only 16 - will this pose as a problem?
As a person who interviews, the cover letter would be quite mature. It is also great when the person filling out the ap writes clearly, neatly and spelling correctly is a good sign. I mean we get aps where the person crosses out their street name and re-writes it, not a good first impression. We get people whos writing is so poor we can not even make out their phone numbers.
