I am a 17, almost 18, year old senior in high school. I have tried twice to get a job at Starbucks, but they keep saying that there aren't any available positions, but I REALLY would Love to work at a Starbucks! I have never had a real job before, so I know that might be turning them off. The only things I have done are work childcare at my church and I cleaned houses for a summer. I feel that my personality is great and that I have what it takes to be a Starbucks Partner for a long time. Please help me...any type of advice or help would be really amazing, because I am starting to get discouraged. Thanks.

They are most likely not hiring you because there are no positions available. Try a different store or go to a hiring event.
